Kai Finck is Senior Vice President and Head of the Industry Cloud Program. He reports to Andre Bechtold, Head of Strategic & Corporate Services. 

Kai joined SAP in 1998 as Developer in the Industry Business Unit Automotive. In 2001 he took over responsibility for the Strategic Custom Development Project with the German Armed Forces resulting in a differentiating Industry Solution for Defense Forces & Public Security. Following that Kai was appointed Vice President for the Development Unit Manufacturing Industries & Defense and two years later Senior Vice President for the Development Area PLM, Industries & Asset and Mobile. During this time, he contributed significantly to the definition and implementation of the Lean Development Model being today’s standard development process at SAP.

Based on this experience Kai took over the leadership of Line of Business Solutions for Corporate Functions. This comprises SAP’s solutions for Human Resources, Finance, Enterprise Asset Management, Real Estate, IT and Commodities Management. Having led the successful launch of SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA he focused on Solution Management for Office of the CFO Solutions plus SAP’s ERP Business bringing SAP Simple Finance to market.

During the last 4 years Pierre was a specialist independent Project Manager for the wall to wall implementation of SAP’s S/4 HANA software solution with Industry Solution Oil and Gas at Vivo Energy (Shell licensee). Scope included primary and secondary fuels, LPG and lubricants distribution to over 2,000 Shell and Engen retail service stations in 27 countries.

Jeff is responsible for SAP global service relationship for SAP’s most strategic customers headquartered in the North America. With over 29 years of software experience in startups, consulting and Fortune 500 across CPG, Wholesale Distribution, Pharmaceuticals, High Tech, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, his key metric is a live and referenceable SAP customer.

For select customer engagements, he engages as a “VP of one” to span all of SAP’s service business units for a “One SAP” experience. He is also on the global SAP S/4HANA adoption team who oversees all global S/4 implementations, and is a mentor in the SAP.io startup program.

Jeff recently lead SAP in partnership with Verizon ($127BB) and Coca-Cola ($35BB) and is currently engaged at P66 ($107BB). He also set the global SAP benchmark for brownfield conversion to S/4HANA and Ariba for a $35BB global customer across 120 countries. 

Jeff has an Engineering degree from Princeton University. He currently lives with his wife and son (13) in Richmond, VA and is training for his next marathon.

In the last 13 years, he successfully assisted Shell Brunei, Nigerian LNG Limited, and Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, to implement, stabilize or revamp their SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, the objective always being for the respective organisations to begin to reap value from their huge investments in SAP. Mr Ezeh has a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and M.Sc. Degree in Engineering Business Management from Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), University of Warwick, United Kingdom.

Mr Ezeh just completed (and is in the process of publishing) a book (deriving from his experiences) on essential steps corporations must take to ensure that implemented changes result to improvements.
