From today we can announce that T|A|C Events – the conference and events brand of T.A. Cook – is to become a fully independent business outside of T.A. Cook.
Operating as TAC Insights Ltd and with a wholly owned German subsidiary, TAC Insights GmbH, this business will continue to specialise – as it has for over twenty years – in producing high quality events, developing lasting content and building communities in the SAP and asset performance management spaces.
Announcing the news, James Haggan, Managing Director of the newly formed TAC Insights commented, “the launch of TAC Insights as an independent entity gives our team the opportunity to be more agile, autonomous and innovative when it comes to our service offerings and brand. As we emerge from the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, we do so with a renewed vigour and determination to learn the lessons from the pandemic and continually adapt. With the unveiling of TAC Insights, we have a unique opportunity to build new foundations, ensure we are well placed to meet our customer needs in a changing world, and to continue doing what we love – building great events, content and community platforms.”
Thomas Cook, Managing Partner at T.A. Cook added, “over many years, our events have attracted thousands of attendees from across the globe and we are rightly proud of this achievement. Whether it’s our flagship international SAP events, or market leading DACH asset performance management events such as TAR and MainDays, we have always strived to set the standards in our core markets. The formation of the TAC Insights business allows the T.A. Cook Group to follow its strategic direction while equally ensuring the events business is best positioned to pursue new markets, formats, and business opportunities. We look forward to continuing to collaborate with TAC Insights as a long-term partner across its portfolio of asset performance management events.”
For now, TAC Insights will continue to deliver its business via its T|A|C Events brand. In the meantime, it will be using the final months of 2021 to develop new and fresh brands that reflect the scope of its services in both the SAP and asset performance management arenas.
