Diana has spent over 20 years in various finance roles, covering from Financial Analysis to Tax, Group and Statutory Reporting and Corporate Treasury, working in various types of industries such as telecom and consumer goods. She has been with BAT now for almost 8 years and joined the treasury function at the cross-road of treasury transformation, where BAT Central Treasury Unit was establishing the Treasury COE satellite, in Romania. While joining the function she was one of the leaders of Treasury Centralisation in BAT, migrating and consolidating the treasury activities into what we call today our Global Treasury Operations, ensuring optimisation and standardisation of processes and practices across all BAT business units, in line with designed strategy, through Target Operating Module and Treasury Policy. She is currently leading the Treasury Operations based in Bucharest, reporting directly to Group Treasurer and within her responsibilities, she is ensuring not only that the end to end treasury processes are aligned and running smoothly all across BAT, but she is also the contact point in between our Treasury COE and our Global Business Services centre. Also, as part of her direct responsibilities, she is managing the analysis and overview of Group Consolidated Liquidity profile and hedging strategy, covering the business units cash hedging.
